On the rise baking is THE BEST bakery/coffee house I have ever been to in my life. Everything there is made to perfection, the service was quick, with no mistakes, and they have a mouthwatering selection. The quality is so good it cannot be described in words. And the atmosphere is so friendly. 5 stars out of 5 stars.

As an individual with allergies this bakery is a lifesaver. I have a severe nut allergy and recently was diagnosed with an allergy to gluten. The gluten free desserts allow me to treat myself, while the GF bagel stix and GF muffins make it possible for me to still enjoy the foods I love, but would not be able to eat if they were made with gluten.

The service was quick and everyone in the store was polite and very helpful. The pastries and coffee were beyond fantastic. If you're struggling with what dessert to choose I try the triple chocolate mousse cake.
