The Theater Arts Program mounts one production each semester, with auditions open to majors and non-majors. These productions are professionally directed and designed, with opportunities available for students as actors, Assistant to the Director, Stage Manager, Art Directors, Light Board Operator, Assistant to the Costume Designer, and Make-up Artist.

The Clark University Players Society (CUPS) is a student-run and operated theater organization that produces one production per semester as well as sponsoring workshops and guest lecturers in theater.

Clark on Drama (COD) is an alternative theater organization that produces a production a semester, and also offers workshops and guest lecturers.

R.F. Sinc is a student theater organization that focuses on producing work written by students. They sponsor "Midnight Theater," an evening of one-acts performed at midnight.

Peapod Squad is a student improvisational comedy group that performs in the student pub several times during the semester.
