| Description: | BATTER UP! WHM presents Worcester Baseball History Past, Present, and Future! Join us for a big screen viewing of Worcester Historical Museums original short film Worcester at Bat, and a discussion on Worcester baseball history with guest panelists Bill Ballou, Gold Card Member of the Baseball Writers Association and sports correspondence for Worcester Telegram and Gazette; Brian Goslow, Worcesters (1879-82) Historian and Managing Editor, Artscope Magazine; and Julie Creedon-Linton, Co-Owner, Worcester Bravehearts & Nashua Silver Knights, and VP of Creedon and Co., Inc. Moderating the panel is David Peterson, General Manager, Worcester Bravehearts. This program is FREE and open to the public. Registration is required. Light snacks and refreshments will be served. Baseball uniforms and jerseys, both old and new are encouraged. We look forward to seeing you. |
