Description: | Did you know that Arms and Armor were used even in early Colonial America? Discover the weapons and equipment used for defense by the first European settlers in New England and find out just who they thought they needed protection from. This program is presented by The Salem Trayned Band, a re-enacting group that accurately recreates a 17th-century English colonial militia unit from Salem, Massachusetts. Watch our program live in person outside by the Lancaster Street Entrance. (In the event of rain the presentation will be held in the Lancaster Lobby) (Programming subject to change) |
