During a typical day you pass by numerous trees in your yard, on the side of the road, and next to places you gather for work or play. Each tree with its own unique traits and characteristics. During this lunch and learn you will gain some basic tree ID skills to help identify those key characteristics of common trees. Join Tower Hill Botanic Gardens Director of Outreach and Community Engagement and Certified Arborist, Ruth Seward as she guides you through the basics of leaf, bark, and fruit identification for 30 trees that grow in our New England spaces.
