Description: Want to make the most of the ingredients you already have on hand? Wondering how long to keep leftovers? Chef Kim Youkstetter will show us how to use those cans, boxes, and packages in your cupboards and pantries, and add one or two fresh ingredients, to create a simple and delicious meal. Chef Kim will also discuss food handling, food safety, and when you really need to let those leftovers go.
