Description: Libraries are for everyone! Even DOGS! Join us for the 5th Annual Pup Parade! Come and celebrate dogs at the library!

Make friends and meet community partners!

We'll give out prizes to some lucky pets. Caricature Artist, Tony Smith will be back to draw pet portraits. Don't have a pup? You can still come to meet and greet with our pups!

All well-mannered, leashed, and vaccinated dogs are welcome. This event is for all ages. Email Liane for details.


1. Does my does have to be a perfect angel in order to participate? --No! All personality types are welcome. Please no aggressive dogs.

2. What if I don't have a dog? --No problem! Come and hang out with us. You can meet lots of friendly dogs, including a few of our volunteer therapy and service dogs.

3. A caricature artist? Cool! Can they do my portrait? --No, the caricature artists will only be able to draw a limited number of pups (one dog per family, please). Drawings will be displayed at the Library for several weeks. Please leave your contact info to ensure you are notified when you can pick it up.
