Description: | A Line Dancing class with a variety of dance styles is held most Tuesdays from 1-2 p.m. at the Alpharetta Library. Instructor Jean Chen has been teaching Line Dancing for many years and has seen firsthand its many benefits, including: strengthened cardiopulmonary functions, muscle tone and bone density, a raise in confidence and a reduction in stress. Free and open to the public. Please wear dance sneakers or tennis shoes. No registration required. |
