Description: 05-130 Disaster/Emergency Preparedness Whats Your Plan?

Are you ready for the next disaster? Learn how to prepare for the unexpected by creating a disaster plan for yourself, family, or business! Receive handouts and materials that will help to guide your specific needs for disaster planning. Learn about disasters in Massachusetts, New England, and across the country too while we talk, build our plans as a team, and look at disaster preparedness kits (including the top-rated survival kits of 2019!). The top-rated kit of 2019 will be available to look at during the workshop. Experts remind us that professionals built the Titanic and amateurs built the Ark! Have fun planning with us! Ask questions, bring your friends or family, and enjoy an evening of laughter, talking about what disasters have already passed us by/those that are potentially on the horizon, and where to go if youd like to take a more active role in disaster planning or management in your community. 1 night/2 hours
