Onigiri are small balls or triangles of rice that contain a variety of fillings, such as tuna and salmon, and are wrapped in seaweed. These snacks, originally made for soldiers as they were easily rationed and portable, are easy to make and require no special kitchen tools! They can be made sweet or savory and the possibilities are endless. 1 night/3 hours
