Like a comet that burned too brightly to last, Janis Joplin exploded onto the music scene in 1967 and, almost overnight, became the queen of rock and roll. Now, audiences are invited to share an evening with Janis and her musical influences in the hit musical A Night With Janis Joplin.

Janis Joplin had an unmistakable voice, filled with raw emotion and tinged with Southern comfort. It was a voice that made her a must-see headliner from Monterey to Woodstock. With a canon of unforgettable songs such as Me and Bobby McGee, Piece of My Heart, Mercedes Benz, Cry Baby and Summertime, Janis Joplin performed the music that defined a generation.

Fueled by these amazing songs, A Night With Janis Joplin is a sensational show that invites audiences to share an evening with Janis and celebrate her biggest musical influences like Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Odetta, Nina Simone and Bessie Smith. These are the women who inspired one of rock and rolls greatest legends.

A Night With Janis Joplin is a musical thats staged like a rock concert that you never want to end. The New York Times raved that A Night With Janis Joplin rocks the house.

Mary Bridget Davies, a Tony® Award nominee for the leading role of Janis Joplin, will reprise the title role once again for the evening performance only of this electric production.

Recommended for ages 18+ due to adult content.
