Description: Performed by Angela Easterling and Brandon Turner

Angela Easterling presents a performance of her own original songs interspersed with selections of classic folk, roots, country and rock tunes. As part of her performance, she discusses the craft of songwriting and tells the stories behind her songs and how they came to be, weaving in some of the history of roots music and the artists who have influenced her writing. Her duo partner, Brandon Turner, provides descriptive guitar demonstrations on blues and country styles of playing.

Appropriate for all ages.
