Description: Many of our local trees are wind-pollinated, bloom early and often go unnoticed. We will study samples of red and silver maple, American elm, and other early flowering trees indoors then search along trails for trees in bloom. Joe Choiniere's extensive outdoor knowledge and gentle teaching style make it easy to learn. This program will be held indoors and outdoors on easy-to-moderate trails. Storm dates are the following Sunday.

This fun and informative series is equally suitable for beginners as well as those who wish to deepen their knowledge of natural history For more information and to register, call 508.753.6087
