Description: 07-174 How to Take Frame Worthy Shots with your Digital Camera!

Is Photography your passion? Is Photography your hobby? Do you want to learn how to capture that sunset or take a clean clear picture of family events? If you want to take your camera off of the automatic setting, this workshop is for you. We will work on basic camera settings and how to use them including how to work with the F Stop, ISO and Shutter Speed. We will consider the importance of light and framing, when to delete and when to edit. Come join us! NOTE: You need to bring a digital camera to this class with any additional lenses and lights you may have. Class is limited to 15 students. 2 weeks/6 hours

Lorie Ritter is an adjunct professor at Nichols, Dean and William Peace University with a Masters Degree in education. She teaches courses in Philosophy, Psychology Critical Thinking, Critical Theory and World Religions while also working as a freelance photographer. Her photography and artwork can been seen on her website It is this passion Lorie shares with her students.
