|Description:||Every Tuesday - A 60 minute slow flow class for all levels. $10 per class.
Yoga helps to relax the mind and body; build strength and flexibility; as well as increase feelings of compassion and self esteem.
This class is great for beginners and experienced yogis. We will practice breathing techniques, seated and standing postures, and then close with deep relaxation.
Bring a mat if you have one. (A few mats and support props will be available to use - first come first serve).
