Description: Please join us for an evening of dining and discussing beloved chef and author Anthony Bourdain! He peeled back the lid on the underbelly of the restaurant industry in Kitchen Confidential, irreverently describes his opinions and preferences in both Les Halles, and Appetites, and drags our taste buds around the world in No Reservations and A Cooks Tour. Bourdain certainly has a lot to say about food! Come share your take on him and meet some like minded neighbors!

Choose a recipe he authored, give it a try in your own kitchen, and bring the resulting dish to share with us all. We'll discuss what you liked about his recipes, what you did not, what worked, and what flopped. Jot down the recipe and bring it along to share.

Each month we'll do this all over again and discuss someone new!
