Description: An introduction to Asian brush painting. Learn how to hold the brush, paint on Mulberry paper, handle the right amount of water and ink and take a journey in meditative repetitive stroke making. We will cover basic strokes; followed by bamboo, orchid, chrysanthemums and plum flower strokes. Free and open to adults.

Worcester artist Bayda Asbridge, mentored by Sharon Smith Viles and Jan Zaremba in Asian Brush Painting, teaches and exhibits widely in the New England Area.
