Description: This Program is ideal for you if you are: Pre-Diabetic, have Type 2 Diabetes, a family member or caregiver.

The Program teaches you:
 Ways to deal with the symptoms of diabetes such as pain and fatigue
 Exercises to improve your strength
 Healthy eating
 How to communicate with your doctor or nurse about your condition
DO YOU WANT TO LEARN HOW TO BETTER MANAGE YOUR CONDITION?

The highly interactive sessions focus on building skills, sharing experiences and support. The workshop meets 2 1/2 hours, once a week for six weeks and is free!
