Description: We all know snakes can slip, slide, and slither, but did you know that lots of snakes swim, too? Join a Fulton County Department of Public Works Educator to learn why snakes are important to our environment and how we can help keep aquatic habitats clean for all animals that live in and around the water. You will learn fun facts about Georgia's snakes and create a paper hanging snake spiral to take home. All materials are provided by the Department of Public Works, Division of Public Education Outreach (PEO).
