Description: A Line Dancing class is held most Tuesday mornings, from 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m., at the NE/Spruill Oaks Library. Jean Chen has been teaching Line Dancing for many years and has seen firsthand its many benefits, including: strengthened cardiopulmonary functions, muscle tone and bone density, a raise in confidence and a reduction in stress. Free and open to the public. Please wear dance sneakers or tennis shoes. No registration required. First come-first served, for first 25 participants. (Cancellation of the class is usually the first Tuesday of the month, or when the Meeting Room is in use by the NE/SO Library Book Club.)
