Cost: $96 Child Members, $120 Child Non-members.
Description: How did early Native Americans make their tools for survival? And what did their children play with? During this 8-week, late afternoon series, children will make some primitive tools and toys and test them out first hand. Learn how to use a stone hammer and a pump drill. Make an atlatl (hunting tool), bone jewelry and a rawhide rattle. Create a stick and ring game, sling shot and learn some solo string games. All materials included. There is no class April 17.
