Kundalini Yoga includes all elements of the ancient teachings of yoga: Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mantra (sound), Mudra (hand positions), and Meditation.
These aspects are combined into series of exercises called Kriyas.
Some Kriyas are dynamic and energetic, others are slow and meditative. Kundalini Yoga develops flexibility, tones muscles and strengthens the nervous, glandular, and immune systems.
It increases energy and gives you an inner calm, strength, and grace.
This ancient system draws upon a vast body of precious, timeless teachings from Yogi Bhajan.

All levels are welcome.


The process of self-healing is the privilege of every human being.
Self-healing is not a miracle, nor is it a question of being able to do something that most people cant. Self-healing is a process that occurs through the relationship between the physical and the infinite power of the soul. As a Kundalini yoga teacher, Sat Nam Kaur teaches heart centered classes to bring lasting healing and relaxation. Sat Nam warmly welcomes students experiencing chronic illness, with compassion, unconditional love, and deep respect. She offers Kundalini Yoga at Flowforms Yoga for teens, young adults, and families. She is the author of Reading from the Heart, and has received a citation from the city of Fall River, MA for her work with children with special needs and families
