Open for everyone, all welcome: modifications offered for you to do the yoga that is best for you on the given day  a variety of options and inspiration for what is possible

All ages and abilities are welcome who can accept guidance and sit quietly through a meditation. Age 10 is generally the youngest but younger cases are considered. Please contact us with questions.

In a lovely peaceful afternoon setting we will treat ourselves to some personal evolution and experience whole mind-body awareness to enhance our well-being.
Starting with settling in and breathing, this class will then offer us equal parts asana {physical body movement}, and seated guided meditation. We will then enjoy a full savasana relaxation to amplify our mind body connection.
We will go about our day with a sense of peace, enjoyment and happiness remembering the invitation to be awake, receptive, trusting and curious well-beings.

This class is designed and offered for those who would like respite and balance, those who want restoration in mind, body and spirit, those who are seeking a deeper mind body link which has been shown to provide benefit for coping with and reducing damaging emotional stress and anxiety. Autoimmune conditions have been proven to lessen and in some cases have reversed and stopped with these practices. Focusing your awareness and improving your mind body connection can also benefit general well-being, positive thinking, concentration, inspiration, decision making, as well as physical comfort and relief.

Long-term, daily practice of relaxation techniques like meditation can even change your gene expression which can be a factor in reversing autoimmune and metabolic diseases.
