Description: Betsy, Grier and Linda share an interesting friendship. Like many ships, canvas and wood play an integral part in it. Just to complicate matters, so does ink. There's always some one who has to rock the boat a bit. They have all seen monsters at the edge of the world and treasure in the depths. They met by chance due to favorable winds.

The three artists have known each other for several years and meet at regular intervals to discuss works in progress. Geographically speaking, they live only a few miles apart which enables them to travel comfortably back and forth between two dimensions and three, meeting somewhere in the middle to enjoy each others company. They employ very different methods when setting about to capture images. Once caught they share the images with each other. They are free to wander as far as they wish in the worlds of their imagination. A common language exists but is not spoken. When a brushstroke tells a story, it is the eye that listens. Silence bends with the weight of color and takes a shape that can change, shift and remain unbroken.
