Come and start your week with ease. In this class we practice gentle movement and gentle stillness, allowing the body and mind to become centered so that we may fall into a deep sense of relaxation. Our restorative sequence typically involves slow movements, plus 4-5 deeply held restorative poses supported by props, allowing a feeling of release and openness. Guided meditation, pranayama (breath techniques), and mindfulness practice is incorporated throughout the class.
This class is great for mixed levels, those looking for a nice, deep stretch, or those looking to relax and renew.
