| Description: | On Saturday, November 7, 2009 Hospice Care Network (HCN) will host its 16th Annual Crystal Ball Gala. The black tie event will feature a Roaring 20s Casino Night that will be held at the Glen Head Country Club in Glen Head at 7 p.m. This years event will honor Dr. Tanveer Mir who will receive the George W. Frank Chairmans Award for her outstanding leadership and contributions to Hospice Care Network and the community. Ticket prices are $350 a person and include a formal dinner, cocktails, live entertainment, casino games and a silent auction.
